P R O C E S S

  1. Submit your reference photo(s) through the upload link or email marianacalligraphy@gmail.com

  2. Do you need PETS added to a family portrait? Send multiple reference photos and use the personalization form at checkout to add any details

  3. Face portraits - while my signature portraits come faceless, please specify if you would like faces painted on your people portrait. I can do this at no extra cost, but reference pictures must be a good resolution, taken in good lighting and not edited (with a filter). Multiple photos are encouraged for this option! If you’re not sure about the photos you have, please email me before purchasing and I’d be happy to visit with you first.

    Upon request, each portrait is professionally mounted on a white double mat with a backing board for the following sizes:

    • 8x10 with mat (fits an 11x14 frame)

    • 9x12 with mat (fits a 12x16 frame)

    • 11x14 with mat (fits a 16x20 frame)

  • Add a frame -

    • Please specify at checkout if you would like a frame in our collection

  • Add a message -

    • Below your portrait at no extra charge. Please note: my hand-lettering is free-handed, not a font, so slight variances and minor imperfections in letters will occur. This will not affect legibility whatsoever

In the personalization form at checkout, please indicate if you’d like your portrait by a specific date. Portraits are usually ready within 7-10 calendar days (excluding Sundays) but timeframes will vary from October - January. Once your order is confirmed, order tracking will be available by email. For local customers (Amarillo) - please indicate if you prefer local pick-up or delivery.
